I like to chat about your family, and your hopes and dreams for your home, and how we might shape and enhance your lifestyle. I will brief you on the state of the market and the unique regions of the Fraser Valley. I deep dive into school districts, neighborhoods, property values, and commuting patterns and options. By the end of the session, together we will have a firm grasp of where we are heading.
Our agenda is to walk through every aspect of the complex business process you are about to undertake. – contracts, financing, disclosures, fair market value, and negotiations. In this one-hour session, I draw on my extensive business experience to get on the same page with you, so there are no surprises down the road and we are exploring opportunities and properties with clarity and confidence.
