I like to chat about your family, and your hopes and dreams for your home, and how we might shape and enhance your lifestyle. I will brief you on the state of the market and the unique regions of the Fraser Valley. I deep dive into school districts, neighborhoods, property values, and commuting patterns and options. By the end of the session, together we will have a firm grasp of where we are heading.
Our agenda is to walk through every aspect of the complex business process you are about to undertake. – contracts, financing, disclosures, fair market value, and negotiations.
