Apple Fest in the Albion Real Estate Neighborhood of Maple Ridge
Celebrate Bruce's annual Apple Fest. This celebration takes place every year on the first Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Unusual Apple varieties and Giant Pumpkins.
During the weeks prior to the festival, Bruce's Market scours the province for new and exciting varieties of apples, as well as heirloom and organic apples. Then dozens and dozens of different apple varieties are gathered together in the apple tent and the fun begins.
You may sample and buy any of the apples on display, as well as benefit from the great deals in their apple case lot sale. They also feature apple crisp and ice cream for $1.00 (prices subject to change without notice) and other yummy apple products such as pies, crisps and strudels at unbelievable prices.
At Apple Fest they feature one of the most exciting contests - the Apple ID Contest. Guess the names of the chosen apples and win a beautiful prize.
Come and join the fun for a delicious day of flavours and fun at Bruce's Country Market!!

Now doesn't that look yummy! I wish I'd known - yeah right - not that I could have come - but looked like fun!
Has the lost of tha Albion ferry affected Bruce's market much? It was always the stop off point before the little ferry ride to Fort Langley for us. I miss the ferry, it was one of the things that made a trip to the country special.
LOL As a resident of Albion I don't miss the ferry! Bruce's Market is a beehive of activity, due to the poor planning of this area it is the only convenience/small supermarket for quite a ways and serves all of Albion, Thornhill & parts of Whonnock. More shopping in East Maple Ridge is a very common complaint from residents who live here.
